Terms

These terms govern your use of Archifiq. By using the service, you agree to them.

The effective date and operating legal entity are confirmed when these terms are published.

Archifiq helps you systemize how you work. It is for general, informational purposes and is not professional, legal, financial, or regulatory advice — verify decisions with a qualified professional.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Archifiq, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one shown on this page; material changes update the effective date.

What Archifiq is

Archifiq is a systemization platform for the construction industry. It provides diagnostics (the Systemization Score), frameworks, reusable templates, and guided, step-by-step systemization work.

Archifiq helps you build and run your own systems. Paid products guide you to execute your own plan with you, one step at a time — they are not a done-for-you service.

Not professional advice

Archifiq provides general, process-focused guidance on how to systemize your practice. It does not provide professional, legal, financial, or regulatory advice, and it does not make definitive claims about regulations, incentives, or legal or financial matters.

Where a real-world decision touches a regulated area, verify it with a qualified professional. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on your use of Archifiq.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service in line with applicable law.

Purchases and entitlements

Paid products are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Your purchase is governed by Paddle's checkout terms in addition to these terms.

A completed purchase grants you access to the specific product you bought. Access is tied to your account and the product entitlement; it is not transferable.

Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds, where offered, follow the terms presented at the time of purchase and the Merchant of Record's policy.

AI-assisted outputs

Some features use AI to produce a reviewed first draft you stay in control of. AI output is a draft, never final or authoritative. You should review and verify any output before relying on it.

Critical outputs pass a human-approval step before delivery. AI assists the process; it does not replace your professional judgment.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, access data you are not authorized for, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to break the law.

We may suspend or end access that violates these terms.

Intellectual property

Archifiq, including its content, frameworks, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. Buying a product grants you a license to use the deliverable for your own practice; it does not transfer ownership.

Content you create using Archifiq remains yours.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction of our operating entity, confirmed at publication, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address confirmed at publication.

These terms are provided in good faith and reviewed before publication. We recommend a qualified legal professional review them for your jurisdiction.
